Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, cancelled, diverted or otherwise affected by circumstances beyond Travokash's reasonable control.
Travokash shall assist the Customer with available options in accordance with the applicable airline rules and fare conditions.
4. Hotel Availability & Facilities
Hotel availability, room categories, room views, facilities, meal plans, check-in/check-out times and hotel services are subject to the hotel's confirmation and operational conditions.
Photographs displayed on the website are intended to represent the property or destination and may not always represent the exact room, view or facility assigned to a particular Customer.
Hotels may temporarily close, modify or restrict certain facilities due to maintenance, operational requirements, weather or other circumstances.
5. Package Itinerary Disclaimer
Tour itineraries may be changed or adjusted because of:

- Government restrictions

9. Weather & Natural Events
Travel services may be affected by:

- Natural disasters

16. Force Majeure
Travokash shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Civil unrest
- Terrorism
- Epidemics/pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Airport closures
- Airline disruptions
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Technical failures of third-party systems
- Other extraordinary circumstances
Any available refund, rescheduling or alternative arrangement shall be subject to the applicable supplier terms and applicable law.
17. Limitation Regarding Third-Party Services
Where a service is provided by an independent third party, the applicable supplier's terms and conditions shall apply.
Travokash may assist the Customer in raising a complaint, amendment or refund request with the relevant supplier, but the final decision may remain with that supplier.
18. No Guarantee of Specific Travel Experience
Travokash does not guarantee that every travel experience will meet individual preferences or expectations where such matters depend on third-party suppliers, destination conditions, weather, local circumstances or other factors outside Travokash's reasonable control.
19. Updates to This Disclaimer
Travokash may update this Travel & Service Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in its services, supplier arrangements, legal requirements or business practices.
The updated version will be published on the website with the revised effective date.
